An exciting opportunity to join a growing Change & Transformation function within a leading international insurance business.
This is a broad Transformation Manager role, offering the opportunity to work across a complex organisation and take ownership of strategic problem-solving through to delivery.
The Role
You’ll work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify complex business challenges, shape solutions and drive transformation through to implementation.
Key areas will include:
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Driving business and process improvement
- Supporting organisational transformation across structure, processes and governance
- Improving customer and member-facing service models
- Leading cross-functional transformation across technology, finance and operational functions
- Managing transformation plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
- Working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and deliver meaningful business outcomes

About You
We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded transformation professional who can operate comfortably between strategy, problem-solving and delivery.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in management consulting, business transformation or complex change
- Strong experience across operating model design and transformation delivery
- A track record of taking complex problems from diagnosis through to implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills
- Experience managing transformation programmes, risks, issues and dependencies
- A proactive, analytical and collaborative approach
- Financial services or insurance experience is highly desirable
