Transformation Manager - CRM & Digital Transformation

We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation looking for a Transformation Manager to lead the evolution of its CRM and marketing automation capabilities. This is a broad transformation role, working across CRM, data, AI, automation and business process improvement. You'll work closely with BD, Marketing, Technology, Data, Engineering and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead CRM and digital transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation and adoption.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to wider business and growth objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive process optimisation, automation and AI-enabled transformation across CRM and client-growth capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives across CRM platforms, including HubSpot and InterAction.
  • Improve data quality, governance and integration across the wider technology landscape.
  • Manage priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery across multiple transformation initiatives.
  • Build business cases and articulate the value, benefits and impact of transformation programmes.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across BD, Marketing, Technology, Data, Engineering and Architecture.
  • Drive adoption and behavioural change through effective communication, training and change management.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned to wider architecture and data principles.
  • Measure transformation outcomes through adoption, efficiency, user experience and business-value metrics.

Experience required

  • Strong Transformation / Change Management experience, ideally across technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Proven experience delivering CRM, digital, data or automation transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Experience translating business problems into practical transformation initiatives and delivery roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, data and integrations.
  • Experience working with platforms such as HubSpot, InterAction or comparable CRM technologies.
  • Experience driving process improvement, automation and adoption/change.
  • Comfortable working across Technology, Data, Engineering and Architecture.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with experience building business cases and measuring transformation benefits.
  • Professional services or legal experience would be advantageous, alongside exposure to AI, MDM or enterprise data environments.
