Freshwater Recruitment is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Transformation Manager.
This is a great opportunity to join a high-profile transformation function, working across a global portfolio of strategic programmes. The role is focused on solving complex business challenges, removing delivery roadblocks, shaping new transformation initiatives, and ensuring programmes are set up for long-term success.
We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys tackling complex organisational problems, and has the credibility to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
The Role
Working as part of a central transformation team, you will:
- Lead interventions to resolve critical delivery risks and unblock strategic transformation programmes
- Partner with programme teams, PMOs and senior stakeholders to identify practical solutions to complex delivery challenges
- Lead the development of business cases, feasibility studies and strategic proposals for new transformation initiatives
- Shape and establish new programmes, ensuring they are effectively scoped, governed and positioned for success
- Coach and support programme teams, embedding best practice across project delivery, business case development and transformation methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement across transformation processes, tools and ways of working
- Work across a diverse portfolio of global change initiatives, engaging with senior leaders across multiple business functions

About You
We're looking for an experienced transformation professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery.
Management consulting experience is strongly preferred, ideally gained with one of the Big Four or a leading boutique consultancy. Candidates who have advised clients on large-scale transformation programmes and are comfortable moving between strategy, problem solving and delivery will be particularly well suited to this role.
You'll also bring:
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within complex, global organisations
- Strong experience developing business cases, feasibility studies and programme mobilisation activities
- The ability to quickly diagnose delivery challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives across matrix organisations
- Experience coaching and developing project and change teams
- Knowledge of recognised project and change methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI or equivalent
- A collaborative, commercially minded approach with excellent communication and facilitation skills
