Transformation Consulting Manager – Digital Transformation & Implementation
Salary: £50,000
Location: UK | Hybrid Working
About the Role
Our client is an award-winning health technology organisation working with NHS Trusts across the UK to deliver digital solutions that improve how healthcare services operate.
As a Transformation Consulting Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of these client engagements, helping NHS organisations move from technology implementation to measurable, sustainable change.
This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who understands that successful digital transformation is about more than deploying technology. You’ll work with clients to understand their challenges, shape implementation plans, manage delivery, engage stakeholders and ensure new digital solutions are successfully adopted across clinical and operational environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead digital implementation programmes from planning and mobilisation through to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Work directly with NHS Trusts to understand their operational challenges and translate these into practical transformation plans.
- Work closely with clinical, operational, technical and senior stakeholders to build alignment and maintain momentum throughout implementation.
- Support organisations through change and adoption, ensuring new technology becomes embedded into day-to-day ways of working.
- Analyse operational and performance data to understand the impact of implementation and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Identify delivery risks and blockers, develop solutions and proactively manage issues through to resolution.
- Use your consulting skills to challenge existing ways of working and help clients identify where digital solutions can create the greatest value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
