As part of the Group Transformation Team, you'll play a key role in delivering Empower, YTL UK's transformation programme. Empower exists to help our people do their best work by creating greater simplicity, providing better tools and removing barriers that limit performance.
We're looking for an experienced Transformation Manager to lead complex transformation programmes and workstreams that address strategic business challenges, improve performance and deliver measurable value. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple businesses, partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver meaningful change that supports YTL UK's ambition to be the very best in every one of its businesses.
What you'll do
- Lead transformation programmes that deliver measurable business value.
- Identify business challenges and develop practical solutions to improve performance.
- Turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive engagement across the business.
- Manage governance, risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Track benefits and support the adoption of new ways of working.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business leaders to drive positive change.
- Contribute to the success and continuous improvement of the Transformation Team.

You'll also have:
- Experience leading transformation, business improvement or organisational change programmes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn strategy into practical solutions
- Knowledge of programme delivery, governance, risk management and change methodologies
- Experience defining, tracking and delivering measurable business benefits
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience producing executive-level reports and recommendations.
