We're looking for a Transformation Manager to help drive delivery excellence across this portfolio, ensuring initiatives are well governed, insight-led and positioned for success with senior leadership.
What you'll be doing:
Drive effective transformation delivery
- Support Project, Programme and Portfolio Managers with planning, coordination, tracking and delivery management activities.
- Apply consistent governance standards, frameworks and controls across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure programmes are operating with clear plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery oversight.
- Support stage-gate reviews and governance processes to ensure initiatives progress successfully through key decision points.

- Maintain benefits tracking, resource planning, financial oversight and success measures.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, demand and change activities across the portfolio.
- Produce high-quality reporting, dashboards and executive materials that provide clear delivery insight.
- Ensure programme data is accurate, current and supports effective decision-making.
Support senior stakeholder governance
- Coordinate governance cycles, executive reporting, leadership updates and decision forums.
- Prepare high-quality materials for senior leaders, including ExCo-level reporting and presentations.
- Track actions, decisions and escalations to ensure accountability and timely resolution.
- Partner with Finance, Transformation, Technology and business stakeholders to support successful programme outcomes.
- Translate complex programme information into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership audiences.
Strengthen portfolio operations
- Maintain documentation, reporting repositories and delivery artefacts.
- Support portfolio planning and book-of-work management activities.
- Drive adherence to PMO processes, standards and governance frameworks.
- Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, Jira, Planview, Wrike or similar platforms to enhance delivery visibility and reporting.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines analytical rigour with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
You may currently be working within a PMO, transformation, consulting or programme delivery environment and be looking to broaden your experience across enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
You'll likely have:
- Experience supporting project, programme or portfolio delivery within a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience producing executive-level reporting, governance materials and presentations.
- Exposure to delivery governance, programme controls, PMO, portfolio management or transformation disciplines.
- A consulting background, whether through a graduate programme or professional experience, would be highly advantageous.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
