An exciting opportunity to join a growing internal transformation team within a leading international insurance firm.
This Transformation Manager role offers the chance to shape and deliver strategic change across a complex, global business, working across both business and technology functions.
The Role
As a Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with business and technology teams to design and deliver meaningful, cross-functional transformation.
Your work will include:
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Improving business processes, operating models and service delivery
- Supporting organisational transformation across structure, processes and governance
- Enhancing member- and customer-facing service models
- Leading or supporting end-to-end delivery of change across technology, finance and operational functions
- Managing transformation plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
- Using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and drive transformation outcomes

We're looking for a confident, proactive transformation professional who can lead and shape initiatives in a fast-moving, evolving environment. You'll be a strong communicator, problem-solver and collaborator who thrives in complex stakeholder landscapes.

This role would particularly suit someone with a management consultancy background who is looking to move in-house.
Essential:
- Experience in management consultancy, business transformation or complex change delivery
- Proven experience in operating model design and transformation programme delivery
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement and change delivery capability
- Experience managing transformation plans, risks, issues and dependencies
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
