Transformation Manager (PMO)

Reports to: CEO

Location: Ipswich (hybrid — 2 days in office)

Salary: £100k + 20% Bonus

Type: Full time

JB0308

About the Business

We're a PE-backed group offering staffing and specialist services to the health and social care markets, operating from the UK, but our services are delivered in the UK and the USA. Our transformation agenda includes technology implementation, commercial improvement, operational excellence, AI Adoption, international expansion and new product development.

Role Overview

You'll own the Group's transformation office, effectively connecting strategy, execution and reporting, to ensure the leadership team and investors have complete visibility of progress against the Group's transformation and growth initiatives.

This isn’t a project management role in the traditional sense, and while the quality and maintenance of our plans is crucial, success will be measured by whether strategic initiatives are delivered to plan. You will be responsible for challenging senior stakeholders, removing blockers, and keeping momentum high to ensure the benefits planned are realised in full.

In this role, you'll work directly with the CEO and Executive Team on all strategic initiatives across the Group, working across investor discussions, commercial strategy, technology transformation, operational improvement and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Governance

  • Establish and maintain a practical PMO framework across the Group
  • Translate the value creation plans into structured workstreams with clear ownership, milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Own the cadence of weekly transformation reviews, Executive reporting and monthly Steering Committee packs, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion
  • Maintain a single source of truth for initiative tracking, status and impact

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

Commercially minded and curious, you enjoy solving difficult business problems more than just maintaining a project plan. You're comfortable operating with ambiguity, and equally comfortable challenging a senior leader, analysing commercial data, or building a board presentation.
