Role Overview

As our Transformation Manager, you’ll lead and deliver strategic change across Retail Operations and cross-functional programmes of work; driving opportunities across growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, commercial performance, regulatory compliance and colleague engagement. By working closely with wider teams and stakeholders, you’ll identify opportunities, design solutions and embed sustainable improvements and changes that support the wider retail strategy.

You’ll be converting strategic big bets into clear, actionable transformation plans and coordinating end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, as well as supporting the development of our Transformation Analysts and Business Readiness Executives, ensuring consistent delivery capability across the team.

  • Maintaining Robust Governance, Risk and Regulatory Compliance – ensuring all initiatives comply with governance frameworks, regulatory obligations and internal controls, maintaining effective reporting, documentation, benefit tracking and risk management while safeguarding delivery quality and operational integrity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
