What you'll do

We're looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to help deliver some of the most significant change initiatives across Notting Hill Genesis. Working within our Strategic Planning & Transformation team, you'll lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes and projects, ensuring they achieve their intended outcomes and deliver lasting value for our residents, colleagues, and organisation.

As our Transformation Programme Manager, you'll work in partnership with business leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic ambitions into real improvements through enhanced systems, streamlined processes, and improved customer experiences. You'll lead cross-organisational teams through complex change, driving delivery while ensuring colleagues successfully adopt and embed new ways of working.

How you'll do it

  • Leading and driving the successful delivery of transformation programmes and projects, ensuring that these achieve the expected outcomes, are delivered on time, on budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Developing highly effective relationships with key stakeholders, influencing and negotiating when needed to remove blockers and achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Taking a holistic approach to transformation, developing achievable plans including people, process, and technology change.
  • Ensuring all aspects of the change are planned, managed, and communicated effectively, ensuring colleagues understand, adopt, and embed new ways of working with those impacted, at all levels, working closely with assigned change managers.
  • Developing dependency maps to take into account other transformational and change projects on the portfolio and using them to navigate scheduling issues and blockers.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates to support business cases and manage budgets with the Sponsor.
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing programme and project risks with clear ownership and escalation routes.
  • Using NHG programme and change management methodologies and templates, contributing to continuous improvement of NHG processes and tools.
  • Ensuring strong governance through reporting, documentation updates, and board reporting.
  • Proactively and effectively managing scope, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities, using change control when required.
  • Matrix managing resources from across the business and suppliers, setting SMART objectives, and addressing performance where required in collaboration with line managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
