Senior Technical Transformation Programme Manager
£700/day Umbrella | Inside IR35 | Remote (UK) with occasional office travel | September Start
We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Technical Transformation Programme Manager to join a major enterprise technology transformation programme within a globally recognised organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead complex technical workstreams as part of a large-scale, multi-year transformation, working alongside senior business stakeholders, technical delivery teams and programme leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale technical transformation workstreams from initiation through to successful completion.
- Manage programme governance, planning, RAID logs, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
- Drive programme assurance, continuous improvement and effective change management across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project budgets, resources and delivery plans within a complex enterprise environment.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technical transformation programmes.
- Strong Programme Management experience within large, complex organisations.
- Background managing infrastructure, cloud, digital or technology transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, budgets, risks and dependencies.
- Strong governance, planning and programme reporting expertise.

Desirable
- Experience delivering projects involving Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, Microsoft technologies, Azure AD / Entra ID or wider enterprise infrastructure environments.
