Role Overview
Reporting to the VP – Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a complex, multi-year transformation programme across people, process, data, technology, and behavioral change. As the single point of accountability for programme delivery, you will bring together multiple functions, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders to create a clear, connected roadmap and drive outcomes on time, within scope, and budget.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into structure and strategy into measurable results. You will establish and lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO), build the programme delivery organisation, implement robust governance and performance frameworks, and create the disciplines needed to deliver sustainable benefits. Taking a portfolio of improvement opportunities and historic delivery challenges, you will shape them into a coherent, high-performing transformation programme over the next 2–3 years—creating clarity, accountability, and momentum across the organisation.
Skills/Experience Required
- Proven experience leading major cross-functional transformation programmes of significant scale;
- Strong track record in setting up and running programme governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery controls;
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing programme delivery teams;
- Expertise in project/programme management methodologies and tools;
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills with experience working directly with C-suite or executive leadership teams;
- Strong financial acumen with experience of benefits tracking and value realisation.

Hybrid Working
Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
