Strategy is only valuable if someone makes it happen.
Valexis supports PE-backed management teams through complex, high-tempo transformation programmes.
We're looking for experienced Transformation and Programme Leaders who know how to bring structure, pace and accountability to difficult programmes — without creating bureaucracy for its own sake.
What you'll do
You'll take ownership of complex transformation activity and create the conditions for delivery.
Depending on the mandate, you will:
- Translate a value creation plan into a structured programme
- Mobilise and lead multiple interdependent workstreams
- Establish effective programme governance without slowing delivery down
- Create clarity around ownership, milestones, risks and outcomes
- Challenge slippage and drive accountability across senior teams
- Identify dependencies and resolve problems before they become programme failures
- Maintain an evidence-based view of benefits and value delivered
- Give Boards, management teams and PE sponsors a clear view of progress, risk and required decisions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It's to get the transformation delivered.

- Are comfortable holding senior people accountable
- Can move effortlessly between Board-level discussion and programme detail
