We are now embarking on one of the most ambitious transformations in our history using new ways of working, and emerging technology including AI to make the business sustainably more efficient while protecting what makes Nando’s special. The challenge is doing both at once - delivering significant change at pace without losing the culture and human connection that defines us.
A day in the life...
- Lead the delivery of strategic transformation programmes from definition through to measurable business outcomes.
- Partner across business and Technology teams to design, plan and deliver change, bridging strategy with execution.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing across a complex environment without direct authority.
- Establish pragmatic governance, ensuring programmes stay on track without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Champion the use of emerging technologies, including AI, to improve delivery and build organisational capability.
- Coach and develop a Transformation Delivery Lead.
- Support the prioritisation, governance and evolution of the organisation's change portfolio.

Hot Skills
- 5–8+ years' experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes in large, fast-paced organisations.
- Proven success delivering business change, embedding new ways of working and driving sustainable adoption.
- Strong programme governance, risk management and benefits realisation experience, with a track record of delivering strategic outcomes on time and within budget.
- Skilled at building credibility and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology, translating strategy into practical delivery.
- Resilient, adaptable and outcome-focused, with excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Curious about emerging technology and an active user of AI to enhance productivity and ways of working.

This is a hybrid role based from our Putney office 3 days a week
