Transformation Programme Manager

Contract – 9 months

Reading/Home

MBNL, the joint venture between EE and Three, is undergoing a major transformation to become a leading infrastructure management company. We're looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic change across the organisation.

You'll lead complex transformation programmes, driving business change, operating model design, process improvement and organisational development. Working closely with senior leaders, shareholders and suppliers, you'll ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and achieve the intended business outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading large-scale transformation and change programmes.
  • Managing programme governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Driving operating model, process and organisational redesign.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, shareholders and suppliers.
  • Monitoring programme budgets, benefits and delivery progress.
  • Supporting business readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Coaching and influencing leaders to deliver successful change.

  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
  • Strong change management and organisational redesign experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong programme governance, planning and delivery expertise.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
