About Us

Wealthtime is an award-winning investment platform that helps advisers deliver the best outcomes for their clients, bringing together smart technology and expert support. In the last year, we’ve taken bold steps to future-proof our proposition, entering a strategic partnership with Wipro and strengthening our relationship with GBST. This 10-year partnership guarantees automatic annual upgrades ensuring we’re always on the very latest technology, enhanced functionality, improved security, and regulatory resilience.

With over £12 billion in assets under administration and a growing team of more than 100 professionals, we’re building something truly exceptional.

Our culture is driven by three core behaviours—Seek Opportunity, Nurture Each Other, and Simply Get Going—empowering our people to innovate, collaborate, and create meaningful impact every day.

Wealthtime is part of Quanta group, a next-generation financial services Group, providing a full wealth management service through three core businesses – Wealthtime, Copia Capital Management and Craven Street Wealth.

About The Role

The Transformation Team drives strategic, organisation-wide change by coordinating technology, people, and processes to deliver well-governed, outcome-driven initiatives. It leads major cross-functional programmes — from business integration to platform modernisation — ensuring strong governance, alignment to business goals, and measurable delivery outcomes. The team acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring programmes are delivered consistently, transparently, and with demonstrable business value.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Transformation team and be part of a strategic platform transformation programme, with a specific focus on the delivery of a successful platform migration.

The role requires expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and preferably experience within the UK platform and wealth management industry.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the planning and delivery of workstreams within the programme, to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the business and our customers.

This role will be on an initial 12-18 month fixed term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and own a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure that the scope, objectives, and success criteria are tracked to and met.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, technical SMEs, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance artifacts.
  • Drive structured change management, communication, and user adoption activities.
  • Apply consistent project methodologies and maintain project artefacts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
