Transformation Project Manager – Country Planning

Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel to Dublin HQ & European markets (2 days fortnightly which can be fully expensed)

Duration: Initial 4 Months

Contract Type: Inside IR35

Shape the operational future of Primark's European markets by turning central strategy into actionable, local country plans.

We're looking for a Transformation Project Manager to act as a crucial bridge between our central strategy team in Dublin and in-country leadership, driving the operationalisation, translation, and rollout of our country-planning process across 15–16 European markets.

This is a highly delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who excels at turning strategy into action. Working as the bridge between Primark's central Strategy team and Country Leads, you'll translate existing strategic priorities into practical, country-level plans while establishing a repeatable planning process that can be embedded across the business.

Rather than creating strategy from scratch, you'll focus on implementation, stakeholder engagement and delivery, ensuring each market has a clear, actionable plan that aligns with both central priorities and local business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
