Serving a population of over 160,000 across rural and urban communities, the Partnership brings together colleagues from Falkirk Council, NHS Forth Valley, and partners across the third and independent sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to join our Transformation Team and support the delivery of priority change projects that will improve outcomes for people who use our services.

- Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation, risk registers and reporting arrangements.
- Work closely with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues to support the successful delivery of change.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and build strong relationships across the Partnership and with external partners.
- Provide high-quality analysis, reporting and recommendations to support decision-making and programme governance.
- Monitor project budgets, risks, issues and benefits, ensuring robust project controls are in place.
- Support the development of project management capability and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
About You
You will bring:
- Proven experience in project management, service redesign or transformation delivery.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience of project governance, planning, risk management and performance reporting.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain momentum in complex and changing environments.
- Experience of working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
