Vice President, Transformation, Readiness & Adoption Lead (Technical Program Manager)
The Vice President, Transformation, Readiness & Adoption Lead (Technical Program Manager) is responsible for leading the execution of AI-enabled operating model transformation initiatives across Production Management (Production Support). The role drives organizational readiness, adoption, process optimization, and value realization activities to ensure AI capabilities are successfully embedded into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Operating at the intersection of operational excellence, program management, change management, and AI innovation, the VP partners with regional stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes. The individual will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for AI integration, accelerating user adoption, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring measurable business value is realized.
This role requires a highly collaborative individual who can influence across organizational boundaries, manage complex transformation initiatives, and drive lasting behavioral and operational change across global teams.
Responsibilities
Adoption Enablement & Asset Creation:
- Toolkit & Playbook Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive adoption toolkits, playbooks, training content, and engagement materials to support global scale.
- Collateral & Messaging: Create high-impact communication assets, awareness campaigns, success stories, and learning resources to drive consistent messaging and understanding of strategic initiatives.
- Engagement Frameworks: Build and maintain a robust engagement framework that supports regional deployment activities and standardizes change management practices.
Regional Readiness & Deployment Execution:
- Geographical Readiness: Drive organizational readiness, deployment planning, and localized training across key regions (including NAM, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM), addressing unique regional challenges and engagement complexities.
- Champion Networks: Establish and mobilize champion networks to act as local change agents and accelerate the adoption of new capabilities.
- Regional Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for strategic tool adoption and operating model transformation activities within assigned regions.
- Sustained Uptake: Monitor post-deployment usage and implement targeted intervention strategies to ensure long-term, sustained uptake of strategic capabilities.
AI Integration & Operating Model Evolution:
- Process Assessment: Analyze end-to-end Production Management process flows to identify bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI.
- Operating Model Design: Drive the evolution of the Production Management operating model by designing workflows that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into BAU processes.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, evaluate, and maintain a structured pipeline of AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and resources to transition opportunities from initial concept through technical implementation and final adoption.

Value Realisation & Business Outcomes:
- Outcome Tracking: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and value realization metrics to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Productivity Capability: Collaborate with productivity and value realization leads to validate that AI integrations achieve targeted efficiency gains and operational improvements.
Tooling, Data & AI Enablement:
- AI & Productivity Tooling: Leverage AI-powered tools and related technologies, to accelerate transformation delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Data & Insights: Utilize reporting and analytics tools to monitor adoption, track value realization, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
- Transformation Toolset: Apply collaboration, workflow, project management, and process improvement tools to manage delivery, drive adoption, and support operating model transformation activities.
- Measurement & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting artefacts that provide transparency into transformation progress, business outcomes, and realized value.
- Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft 365, project management methodologies & tools to support program execution and business transformation.

- Problem Solving: Combines analytical thinking with creative execution to diagnose process inefficiencies, resolve implementation bottlenecks, and successfully transition conceptual AI opportunities into practical, high-performing BAU workflows.
