About the role
We are looking for a P&O Transformation Senior Analyst to join the MVH Europe Transformation team for a 12-month fixed-term assignment.
MVH Global is driving an ambitious agenda focused on standardisation, harmonisation and efficiency across its global organisation. As part of this, MVH Europe is delivering a two-year transformation programme across seven business-critical programmes, helping shape how we work across Europe.
As a key member of the Transformation team, you will work across P&O, Finance and Digital & Technology (D&T), providing the analysis and insight needed to understand the people and financial impact of transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems and partnering with stakeholders across a large, evolving organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will take ownership of understanding and tracking the people impacts of transformation across the MVHE portfolio. This will include:
- Partnering with P&O Business Partners to identify and capture organisational changes arising from transformation initiatives.
- Tracking changes such as role redesigns, promotions, lateral moves, redeployments and Associate exits.
- Establishing and maintaining an accurate people-impact baseline across transformation workstreams.
- Analysing people data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and key insights.
- Producing clear and accurate reporting and management information for programme leadership and governance forums.
- Maintaining people-impact trackers and supporting documentation throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Working closely with Finance Business Partners to understand the cost and savings implications of people changes.
- Supporting the Transformation Portfolio Lead and Transformation Finance Lead with benefits tracking and realisation across the portfolio.
- Identifying data gaps, inconsistencies and risks and proactively working with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Building strong relationships across P&O, Finance, D&T and transformation teams to ensure information is aligned and accurate.
- Supporting effective portfolio governance through high-quality data, reporting and analysis.

You will bring:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information and turn it into meaningful insight.
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large or complex datasets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience working with reporting, management information, data analysis or transformation-related activities.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to cross-functional working.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the financial implications of organisational change.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing transformation environment.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential people and organisational information.
- Experience in P&O/HR analytics, business analysis, finance, transformation, PMO, workforce planning or organisational change would be highly relevant.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline is desirable.
