Transformation Senior Finance Business Partner
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
We are recruiting for an exciting Transformation Senior Finance Business Partner opportunity for a highly regarded organisation undertaking a significant business transformation programme. This is a genuinely strategic role, partnering with senior leadership to ensure the successful delivery, governance and financial control of a £100m+ transformation portfolio.
The role:
- Business partner senior transformation and programme leaders, providing financial insight and commercial challenge across a complex change portfolio.
- Support the governance and financial management of major transformation programmes, ensuring investment decisions deliver measurable business value.
- Produce high-quality financial modelling, investment appraisals and business cases for significant strategic initiatives.
- Monitor programme performance, budgets, forecasts and benefits realisation, identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
- Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Develop robust reporting and performance frameworks to improve visibility of programme delivery and financial outcomes.
- Challenge assumptions, influence decision-making and ensure financial discipline across transformation activity.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Operations and wider business teams to deliver successful change initiatives.

About you:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Strong Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
- Experience supporting transformation, change programmes, strategic investment or large-scale projects.
- Excellent financial modelling and business case development skills.
- Able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, translating complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience of working within complex, matrix organisations.

Candidates trained within a Top 10 accountancy practice will be of particular interest, especially those who have progressed through Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, Financial Modelling or Value Creation teams before moving into industry.
