Credera: Transformation Technology Leader

Job Overview

Credera is seeking outstanding Transformation Technology Leaders to join client engagements across its portfolio. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on shaping and scaling marketing technology ecosystems. As befits its seniority, this role will have a particular emphasis on global, transformational, customer-facing propositions powered by AI and data, leveraging leading vendor solutions (AWS, Salesforce, Adobe).

Role Overview

The Technology Transformation Leader acts as the senior technical authority on large marketing transformation programmes. This leader anchors the work in technical reality by assessing the current technology landscape, defining the target architecture, and determining where specialized expertise is required. This senior role demands a high level of technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration. You will partner with both platform leads and the heads of agency strategy and operations.

You will possess a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end marketing processes and consistently act as a reliable advisor and technical authority. Your recommendations regarding Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology (focused on Data, Technology, and AI) are recognized as industry-leading.

The role guides the evolution of a flexible, scalable marketing technology ecosystem; ensures data foundations are fit for activation, measurement, and AI-enabled use cases; evaluates new technology and AI solutions against architectural and operating-model requirements; and provides architectural guardrails for sprint-based delivery. Working closely with the Transformation Leader, Change & Adoption Advisor, and program leadership, this role ensures that technical decisions enable rather than constrain new ways of working and adoption across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor and technical authority, providing vision and direction on Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology initiatives that support the client’s goals.
  • Pre-Sales and Solutioning: Lead and support pre-sales and solutioning efforts, contributing technical vision and architecture perspective to the development of compelling, innovative, and robust technology solutions for clients.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a visible thought leader for Credera in the market, speaking at conferences, publishing, and representing the firm in the technology and business communities, with a focus on marketing technology transformation, data, and AI.
  • Platform Strategy Integration: Collaborate with Credera’s Omnicom channel team and agency leadership to develop and implement a connected platform strategy that aligns campaigns, teams, and Omnicom technologies, ensuring all initiatives work in concert to drive the client’s business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Build close partnerships with the client’s platform leads, the head of agency strategy and operations, and C-suite stakeholders (CMOs, CIOs/CTOs), offering expert consultation and guidance to harmonize the technological aspects of marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Orchestration of Workstreams: Lead the orchestration of technical work across cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring that disparate initiatives integrate seamlessly into a unified technical approach.
  • Technical Solutioning: Utilize a deep understanding of Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology to identify, design, and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiency through automation, data flow, and customer experience within the client’s ecosystem.
  • Data and Technology Expertise: Leverage expertise in data architecture, marketing analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs) to ensure client’s technology stack is optimized for innovation and effectiveness.
  • AI Experience: Assess and recommend areas within the client’s business to apply AI and agentic solutions, driving automation, personalization, and enhanced customer experiences, with particular attention to the dependencies between AI capabilities, data quality, governance, and platform interoperability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
