Role Description
The Transformational Education Consultant will support learners on their personal development journey by guiding them through program offerings, resources, and transformational practices.

In this remote, independent contractor role, the consultant will conduct virtual consultations, clarify educational needs and goals, and recommend appropriate courses, events, and tools.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Hosting online discovery calls
- Providing ongoing guidance and encouragement
- Helping individuals create personalized learning pathways that align with their aspirations and lifestyle

Qualifications
- Educational consulting and education skills to design, recommend, and support personalized learning journeys
- Consulting and communication skills to conduct effective virtual sessions, listen actively, and provide clear actionable guidance
- Relationship-building skills to respond to inquiries, support learners with empathy, and nurture long-term professional relationships
- Demonstrated interest or experience in personal development, coaching, leadership, or mindset transformation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet agreed-upon outcomes
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms for video conferencing and virtual events
- Strong ethical standards, respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and commitment to inclusive practices
- Relevant education or training in coaching, education, psychology, business, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience is also valued
