Job Title: Transition Analysts
Job Location: Leeds, UK/ Hybrid
Job Type: Contract/ Permanent
We are hiring Transition Analysts for multiple openings to establish, govern and continuously improve Service Transition processes, ensuring projects are successfully transitioned into live service within agreed governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and govern Service Transition processes, ensuring projects successfully transition into live service.
- Coordinate service readiness, change enablement, release management and operational acceptance activities.
- Manage transition stage gates, readiness reviews, risk assessments and governance checkpoints.
- Coordinate warranty support, early life support and handover activities across project delivery and operational teams.
- Manage transition risks, issues, compliance, security requirements and service improvement activities.
- Provide advanced transition governance, reporting and assurance across Agile, DevOps and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Engage with project teams, technical teams, service operations, security teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure agreed support models, operational processes and service documentation are established before production release.
- Capture lessons learned and drive continual service improvements to improve service reliability and customer experience.

Experience
Senior-level experience in Service Transition, IT Service Management, operational readiness or transition governance within enterprise environments required.
