HAVE YOU GOT SPIRIT?

Succeeding in today’s energy world requires collaboration, agility, and the courage to do things differently. At Spirit Energy, we understand that vital industries within the UK aren’t always able to meet Net Zero Targets. Carbon Dioxide will always be produced and in order to meet Net Zero targets we must balance our carbon emissions.

We are dedicated to playing our part in resolving the climate crisis, and through our MNZ Carbon Storage facility we will be able to store up to 1 Gt of CO2 in the facilities lifetime. The facility will be able to capture up to 10 million tonnes per year, meeting a third of the Governments target.

It takes a diverse range of skills, experience and talent to deliver these aspirations and our people will be the resolve to get us there. If you are ready to take the next step in your career with a progressive and energetic team, then we are ready to hear from you.

THE OPPORTUNITY – TRANSITION ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER CONTRACT

Provides project management expertise to enable the successful delivery of the transition to the new development organisation (’DevCo’), ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and the realisation of agreed strategic and operational benefits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
