Pay Rate: £40,000 Up to £45,000

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 40hr

Location: Hatfield (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)

DigiHaul - DSC is transforming the way transport and logistics operate through technology, innovation and collaboration. As part of the DHL Group, we're connecting customers, carriers and operations teams to deliver smarter, more efficient transport solutions across the UK.

We're looking for a Transition Lead to play a key role in implementing DigiHaul solutions across DHL Supply Chain operations. Acting as the bridge between customers, operational teams, technology functions and senior stakeholders, you'll lead the onboarding of sites and customers, drive operational change, and ensure the smooth adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.

This role combines elements of Project Management, Change Management, Operational Leadership, Customer Implementation and Stakeholder Management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering meaningful business transformation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Leading the onboarding and implementation of new customers and sites onto the DigiHaul platform.
  • Developing and managing transition plans from initial planning through to go-live and BAU handover.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, DHL Supply Chain leadership teams and key stakeholders.
  • Delivering training, rollout plans and operational readiness activities to support change adoption.
  • Identifying and resolving operational challenges, process gaps and implementation issues.
  • Collaborating across DigiHaul, DHL Supply Chain and wider DHL Group functions to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Managing project risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Driving continuous improvement and ensuring all activities comply with corporate, legal and operational requirements.

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Experience within transport, logistics, supply chain or operational environments.
  • Have experience in change management, transformation, implementation, onboarding or continuous improvement projects.
  • Are customer-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Thrive in fast-paced operational environments and can manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong business and commercial awareness.
  • Are confident presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing change.
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Information

  • Regular engagement with operational sites, customers and senior stakeholders across the DigiHaul and DHL Supply Chain network.
  • Occasional UK travel will be required to support implementations and transition activities.
  • You'll work closely with Operations, Customer Success, Product, Technology and Commercial teams.
  • A full UK driving licence is Essential.
