Transition Lead – Managed Learning Services (MLS) | Contract | UK-based, travel required
About the role
Infopro Learning is building out our Managed Learning Services (MLS) practice and looking for experienced Transition Leads to join our pipeline for upcoming engagements. When a new MLS partnership launches, this role builds the operating model that turns it from a signed contract into a fully functioning delivery team, typically covering an onsite team alongside an India-based offshore team.
Each engagement is a hands-on build spanning discovery, design, and implementation. You'll be accountable for closing structural gaps, building supporting systems, and deploying the technology and automation that let the operation run and scale, handing off a documented, sustainable operating model ready for steady-state management by the end of hypercare.
We're ideally looking for candidates based in the UK who are open to travel as engagements require. This posting isn't tied to a single client or start date. We have several MLS opportunities on the horizon and want to build relationships now with Transition Leads we can bring on as they come through.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
