German-speaking transformation professionals, this could be an interesting one.
We're supporting an international consultancy delivering a major Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services transformation programme and are looking for experienced Transition Managers based in the UK who are happy to spend significant periods working on-site in Germany.
We're hiring across three specialist workstreams:
Finance Transition Manager
- P2P
- O2C
- R2R
- FP&A
- Finance transformation and operating model design.

HR Transition Manager

You'll own transition activity across your specialist workstream, working directly with in-country teams and senior stakeholders through assessment, design, knowledge transfer, migration/cutover and stabilisation.
We're particularly interested in people with:
- GBS / Shared Services transition or migration experience
- Finance, HR or IT transformation expertise
- Consulting or advisory delivery experience
- Multi-country transformation programme experience
- Strong project governance and RAID management
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English
- Flexibility to spend extended periods working in Germany
