We are looking for Transition Manager in UK

  • Location: London
  • Open to travel to Switzerland & Poland for client visit & KT
  • No Sponsorship provided for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Due diligence- Review existing documentation, Knowledge Articles
  • Work with Project Team to agree overall plan
  • Produce and agree questionnaires with customer.
  • Complete Knowledge acquisition sessions for technical and process knowledge.
  • Prepare and conduct playback sessions.
  • Highlight scope challenges and any associated risks.
  • Create runbook.
  • Tickets /Asset Inventory Analysis.
  • Conduct site visits to validate KT information and gain site level understanding.
  • Work to develop Future Mode Operational Processes associated to on-site services
  • Work with Project Team on Partner On-boarding/Scope
  • Work and provide knowledge transfer and operational readiness to local/central teams for related services (Hardware Asset Management, Field Support Command Centre, Service Desk)
  • Prepare Training Materials and work with BAU Delivery Team to train teams
