We are looking for Transition Manager in UK
- Location: London
- Open to travel to Switzerland & Poland for client visit & KT
- No Sponsorship provided for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Due diligence- Review existing documentation, Knowledge Articles
- Work with Project Team to agree overall plan
- Produce and agree questionnaires with customer.
- Complete Knowledge acquisition sessions for technical and process knowledge.
- Prepare and conduct playback sessions.
- Highlight scope challenges and any associated risks.
- Create runbook.
- Tickets /Asset Inventory Analysis.
- Conduct site visits to validate KT information and gain site level understanding.
- Work to develop Future Mode Operational Processes associated to on-site services
- Work with Project Team on Partner On-boarding/Scope
- Work and provide knowledge transfer and operational readiness to local/central teams for related services (Hardware Asset Management, Field Support Command Centre, Service Desk)
- Prepare Training Materials and work with BAU Delivery Team to train teams
