About Serova
Serova builds personalized cancer vaccines. Each vaccine is made for the individual patient from their own samples and given in partnership with their treating physician. Our science runs from early, curiosity-driven lab work to vaccines given to patients, and this role connects the two.
The Role
You'll sit between our early, curiosity-driven preclinical science and clinical translation, including trials. You'll take promising lab results and turn them into programs that reach patients: setting the plan, coordinating the teams, and driving go/no-go decisions on each candidate.
What You'll Do
- Run each blood-directed vaccine program from lab results to first patients
- Get wet lab, bioinformatics, manufacturing, regulatory and clinical onto one timeline, and cut turnaround per patient
- Present patient-level results and program progress, and drive go/no-go decisions on candidates
- Manage our sequencing and CLIA lab partners to shorten turnaround
- Pull together the inputs for protocols, IND submissions and publications
- Coordinate with clinical on the observational and biobank studies that feed the programs
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
