Train AI Models

We're looking for an experienced bilingual professional who is fluent in Hebrew and English to help train AI models. You'll put the newest AI models to work on realistic tasks drawn from your own language expertise, judge what they produce with a native speaker's ear, and tell us exactly where they hold up and where they fall apart.

This is a fast-growing area for our company, focused on teaching AI to communicate naturally across languages and cultures. The models can already produce fluent-looking Hebrew. What they can't yet do reliably is tell "correct" from "natural": the right tone, idiom, register and cultural context. Your language instincts, cultural knowledge and written reasoning become the signal that shapes the next generation of multilingual AI.

What You'll Do

• Write challenging, realistic prompts and conversations in Hebrew and English, drawn from your own experience (a translation, a customer support exchange, an article edit, a lesson plan)
• Evaluate AI responses the way you'd review a colleague's work: accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, register, and whether it followed the request
• Compare two AI responses to the same prompt and make the call on which performed better and where each fell short
• Critique AI-generated translations, conversations, summaries and written content, and explain your reasoning clearly
• Flag concrete failures with evidence, such as mistranslations, overly literal phrasing, incorrect gender or verb agreement, unnatural word choice, cultural missteps, or ignored instructions
• Contribute across a wide range of language tasks and subject areas
