About the Role
We’re seeking freelance Translators and Linguists to join our Productions team—a new marketplace that merges our AI audio tools with human expertise.
What Is Productions?
A scale-focused platform generating high-quality transcripts, subtitles, dubs, audiobooks, and more. Already servicing top YouTube channels, book publishers, and media & entertainment firms.
Your Impact
As a Translator / Linguist, you’ll ensure AI-assisted translations meet the highest standards in:
- Accuracy & tone (fluency, cultural appropriateness).
- Script localization for dubbing, voiceovers, and multimedia.
- Terminology consistency (glossary maintenance).
- Collaboration with dubbing and audio teams for optimal spoken delivery.

Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in one or more supported languages.
- Proven professional experience in translation/localization.
- Cultural nuance expertise (audience adaptation).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-directed work style with a commitment to timeliness.
Bonus (Preferred Skills)
Experience translating audio/visual content (film, YouTube, podcasting, audiobooks). Experience with:
- Language service providers / localization teams / media companies.
- Subtitle editors, CAT tools, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Insights in linguistics, translation studies, or language technology.
- Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform or AI-powered localization tools.
Location
Flexible! This role is remote and global.
