Regional Manager

Aureos are looking for a Regional Manager to work within our Transmission Overhead Lines Division to oversee and manage all aspects of overhead line transmission projects within a designated region, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional teams involved in the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead transmission lines.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for regional overhead line operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and project scheduling.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for regional project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop regional staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on regional performance, project status, and financial outcomes to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures across all regional operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the transmission line industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale overhead line projects.
  • Strong knowledge of transmission line design, construction, and maintenance practices.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant safety regulations, industry codes, and environmental standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated region.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
