Transport Administrator
Location: RAF Brize Norton
Salary: £25752.93 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: FT/Perm/37 hours
Ready to impact a better future? As a Transport Administrator you will join RAF Brize Norton and help deliver Serco’s contracted transport operations services. You’ll keep standards high, stay aligned to authorised procedures, and support safe, efficient services that make a positive impact every day.
What you’ll do as a Transport Administrator
- Transport department administrative tasks
- Coordinate course loading for customers who require driving & ADR courses.
- Carry out other reasonable, relevant tasks as directed by the Compliance and Training Manager.
- Champion a positive Zero Harm culture with open, honest reporting of near misses and safety-related occurrences.
- Help us deliver effective, efficient, right first time, every time outcomes in line with our values and behaviours.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and an excellent communicator.
- Must be able to achieve SC vetting

Vetting and checks:
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
