Fleet Administrator (Motor Claims) - Oxford
At Huws Gray, we're looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our Transport Team. Based in Cowley, Oxfordshire, you will provide support to the Business’ company car and commercial fleets to ensure we deliver a safe, efficient and legal fleet.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring the progress of a claim(s) through to settlement
- Actively reducing 3rd party costs in conjunction with any involved motor insurer
- Information gathering to contribute towards claims settlement or defence
- Identifying reasons why a full payment of a claim should be made and raising concerns over potential fraudulent activity
- Creating business cases for potential total loss /uneconomical repairs vs asset value
- Uninsured loss recovery processes and payment capture.
- Create monthly stats on motor claims and costs to transport management
- Ordering and processing of company vehicle fuel cards
- Processing of Penalty Charge Notices
- General transport administration
