At Highland Spring, our Customer Logistics team plays a vital role in keeping our products moving safely, accurately, and on time. We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to help manage vehicle movements across our Ochils site and support the smooth running of our busy transport operation.

This is a 4 on, 4 off nightshift role, working 18:15 to 06:30, with a salary of £34,356.72, including a 25% shift allowance. Some overtime cover will be required from time to time, which may be across day or night shift, so flexibility is important.

In this varied role, you’ll be a key point of contact for drivers, hauliers, visitors, contractors, and internal teams. You’ll book vehicles in and out of site, keep our transport management system up to date, issue accurate documentation, support loading schedules, and help ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times. You’ll also support customer orders, shared inboxes, reports, returns, purchase orders, and transport invoices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with others, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring strong administration skills, good attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office, and a practical approach to solving problems.

Experience in transport, traffic, logistics, or warehouse administration would be helpful, and knowledge of Transporeon or Syteline would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who works well with others, takes pride in doing things properly, and cares about keeping people informed, safe, and supported.
