Role Description

The Transport and Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Waterlooville, Hampshire, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end movement of products and materials for Tillys Interiors. This role coordinates daily transport schedules, international shipping, and ensures timely delivery and collection of goods to and from suppliers, warehouses, and customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, planning, and coordination of logistics activities.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, liaise with clients, and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Candidates should ideally have experience in logistics or supply chain management within manufacturing, interiors, or related industries.
  • Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with logistics software, route planning tools, and basic data analysis for performance tracking.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial, as is prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
