Join our Team as a Transport Booking Administrator at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL)
Salary: Up to £14,600 per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week, part-time, no weekends
Location: Aldershot

Your Role:
- You will be processing transport requests and scheduling fleet vehicles using company management systems, ensuring all bookings and tasks are accurately documented and administered.
- You will be delivering a professional customer service experience, supporting the issue and return of vehicles while meeting customer transport requirements.
- You will be checking licences and permits prior to vehicle issue and maintaining associated documentation in line with company procedures.
- You will be supporting fleet administration activities including tachograph records, fuel card control, task closure, pricing, fuel usage and mileage records.
- You will be liaising with customers, contractors and repair providers to support fleet maintenance, repairs and transport service delivery.
- You will be maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and supporting wider transport operations as required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: You will have a full clean UK driving licence and the ability to work responsibly within transport operations and customer-facing environments.
- Experience: You will have experience planning, organising and prioritising tasks effectively while providing a high standard of customer service and administration support.
- Skills: You will have strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to respond to customer needs, work collaboratively within a team and maintain a professional approach at all times.
