We’re hiring a Transport & Client Services Coordinator to join our team at St Andrews Executive Travel.
This is a full-time, office-based role in St Andrews, supporting the day-to-day running of a leading UK transport operator and the only coach operator based in the Home of Golf.
The role involves:
- Managing and updating bookings
- Liaising with customers, clients, and drivers
- Assisting with vehicle and driver scheduling
- Handling booking changes and day-to-day operational queries
- Responding to emails and telephone enquiries
- Preparing booking information and driver paperwork
- Supporting the wider operation during busy periods
- Helping resolve issues quickly and professionally when plans change

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and confident communicating with people. You’ll need good attention to detail, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm when things get busy.
Previous experience in transport, travel, tourism, customer service, or administration would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.

Our office is friendly and relaxed, but the nature of transport means things can change quickly, particularly during the busy golf season, so flexibility and teamwork are important.
📍 St Andrews
🕒 40 hours/Full-time, office-based
💷 £13.70 per hour starting
🏖️ 28 days holiday, plus office closure over the festive period
