Think You Know DHL? Think Again!

We're not just about delivering parcels. DHL Supply Chain is the world's leading logistics company, and it's our people who keep supply chains moving, businesses operating and customers satisfied every day.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Compliance Manager to lead all aspects of transport compliance across the operation. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the transport function consistently meets DHL's legal, statutory and policy requirements, as well as the compliance standards expected by our customer.

You'll champion a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring that vehicles, drivers and transport processes remain fully compliant while supporting operational excellence across the site.

✅ What You'll Do

As Transport Compliance Manager, you will:

  • Ensure all vehicles, trailers, shunt tug units and ancillary equipment remain legally compliant with servicing, maintenance and MOT requirements.
  • Manage driver compliance, including drivers' hours, tachograph infringements and Working Time Directive (WTD) adherence, identifying trends and escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Lead all transport compliance activities, ensuring LGV vehicles and drivers operate safely and legally in line with DHL, customer and statutory requirements.
  • Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety and compliance across the operation.
  • Provide and oversee transport compliance administration, training records and audit-ready documentation.
  • Manage LGV fleet repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
  • Analyse compliance data and performance metrics to identify risks, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the administration and management of PCNs, FPNs and other transport-related fines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
