Job Description
You'll work closely with our Transport Planners, Drivers, Sales Team and Customers, coordinating deliveries from order through to completion.
This is a busy, hands-on office role involving route planning, scheduling, customer enquiries, quoting and invoicing. You'll need to be organised, commercially aware and comfortable dealing with changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily concrete and aggregate deliveries
- Route planning and vehicle scheduling
- Liaising with drivers, planners and customers
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and updating internal systems
- Preparing and following up quotes
- Managing changes, delays and customer queries
- Processing invoices and checking delivery paperwork
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Supporting the wider Transport and Sales Teams

What We're Looking For
- Experience in transport, logistics, administration, sales support or customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Experience with transport planning, construction, aggregates or haulage is desirable but not essential
