We are looking for a reliable logistics coordinator to be responsible for the preparation and management of company orders. A logistics coordinator’s responsibilities include reviewing shipment materials, data entry, coordinating drivers, and general supply chain duties.

Job Description
- Should have a valid 4 wheeler driver’s license (Preferably HGV)
- Should know the road traffic regulations
- Communicating with other department staff and outside company personnel on the transport facilitation
- Maintaining Statutory records of the vehicle registration, maintenance, FC, insurance documents & etc. as valid
- Keeping login records of all the vehicles & Vehicle Tracking
- Cooperation to do the bio-security measures to all the vehicles
- Routine management of safety materials and fire extinguisher top up and record keeping
- Allocation of duty for drivers, Passing the leave requests, on duty requests, claim details of all the transport staff to the concerned department
- Monitor and report – Drivers issues, accidents, safety concerns etc. to the reporting manager and also necessary follow up action
- Ensuring safety measures and Routine replenishment of safety materials and fire extinguisher refilling and record keeping
- Preparing and analysing the weekly/monthly reports including any other reports from time to time as required by the management
- Inspect the vehicles frequently/periodically for their fitness and ensure compliance with safety standards etc.
