Transport Coordinator - Nutts Corner

As a Transport Coordinator in Nutts Corner, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of logistics operations within the transport and distribution industry. From managing schedules to coordinating shipments, your work will help keep things moving efficiently and on time.

Client Details

This role is based within the transport and distribution (Groupage) industry in Belfast.

Description

  • Managed UK import/export operations, customs documentation, and freight bookings.
  • Prepared logistics documentation, KPI reports, PODs, manifests, and DGNs.
  • Maintained shipment records, costing, invoicing, and internal systems.
  • Coordinated with customers and transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Built strong client relationships and proactively resolved operational issues.
