Contract Type: TEMP – 11 MONTHS
Hours: 4 days on 4 days off – 12 hour shifts
Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.
We are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator / Hire Hub Controller to join us in Potters Bar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
The hire hub controller is ultimately responsible for arranging the delivery and collection of hire vehicles to our clients. Ensuring we have all the relevant documentation; all data is correct and printing and compiling all the documents which the driver needs to get signed by the client.

Responsibilities To Include
- Setting up client vehicle deliveries, swaps and collections
- Email Queries
- Phone Queries
- Printing of paperwork and highlighting key information/signatures.
- Completing Accident/theft report forms
- Assigning relevant vehicles to a claim
- Completing DVLA checks on clients
- Checking claim information is accurate and matches system
- Checking client documentation
- Calling the AA to assist client breakdowns/issues
- Filing

About You
- Fluent in Portuguese & English
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fantastic administration skills
- Ability to multitask on a variety of projects at one time
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft experience required
