Description

The Transport Coordinator provides the administrative assistance within the Club’s transport operation. The role supports with the management of transport enquiries, maintains accurate schedules and booking information as well as departmental records.

The Coordinator will have an important role of delivering timely communication between members, internal departments and the Transport Team. The role also requires organising fleet maintenance administration across the Club’s vehicles which will include vehicle checks, servicing schedules, mileage monitoring and planned works.


About the Role

As a Transport coordinator you will:

  • Assist with the Manager as the central administrative contact for transport enquiries, delivering a professional and responsive service to members, guests and colleagues.
  • Coordinating transport bookings, ensuring journey information is accurate, complete and kept up to date. Provide confirmation and relevant updates and escalating sensitive or relevant information to the Transport Management team.
  • Maintaining live transport schedules and supporting the Managers and Supervisors with the efficient planning and allocation of daily driver activity.
  • Working closely with departments across the estate to coordinate arrivals, departures, events and bespoke transport requirements.
  • Supporting with preparing daily operational schedules and highlighting VIP movements, special requests and periods of peak demand.
  • Maintaining accurate administrative records, reports and trackers to support operational planning and performance.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience using Microsoft office and other applications for bookings, schedules and departmental records.
  • Professional and adaptable to changes and last minute requests for our members and team.
  • Attention to detail and experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Knowledge of vehicle documentation, travel, reservations or fleet administration
  • Clean full UK driving license
