Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Friday, 12:00pm to 7:30pm | Saturday, 7:30am to 5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing
As a Transport First Line Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of our transport operation, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and compliance are achieved.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the daily transport operation to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team to consistently meet customer expectations and operational targets.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with all transport legislation and company policies.
- Coaching and engaging colleagues to create a positive, high-performing working environment.
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance with customer requirements, work instructions, and operational procedures.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service excellence.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous experience within a transport operation environment.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using transport management systems, including Tachomaster and Microlise.
- A proactive approach with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.
