Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We're looking for a visible leader who enjoys being out in the operation, getting to know the people, understanding the challenges and rolling up their sleeves to make things better.

At the same time, this role is about much more than managing vehicles and planning routes. It combines operational leadership with commercial thinking, using data, systems and experience to make better decisions for our customers, our people and the wider business. You'll use performance data, KPIs and operational insight to identify opportunities, solve root causes and build an operation that's stronger tomorrow than it is today.

This is a role that balances today's priorities with tomorrow's opportunities. You'll lead the day-to-day operation while continually looking for ways to improve how we work, develop your team and strengthen the service we provide.

We're looking for an experienced operational leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and finding better ways of working. You'll be just as comfortable building relationships with drivers and loaders as you are analysing performance data or presenting ideas to senior management.
