Schedule: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Ready to impact a better future?

As a Transport Manager in our MyFleet team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our fleet legal, safe, and fully compliant. Your work will ensure our contracts operate smoothly, meet all operator licence obligations, and continue delivering essential services that communities rely on every day.

In this role, your expertise helps protect people, supports frontline services, and ensures our vehicles are available, roadworthy, and compliant. What you’ll do as a Transport Compliance Manager

In this role, you'll be trusted to:

  • Act as a named and trained person on the contract Operator Licence, supporting continuous and effective control
  • Ensure full compliance with UK road transport legislation, operator licence undertakings, and contractual obligations
  • Proactively manage fleet maintenance plans to keep vehicles serviced, inspected, and available in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Oversee third-party service providers, ensuring service level agreements and legal requirements are consistently met
  • Maintain accurate fleet, driver, and asset records, including driver licensing, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC), tachographs, and training data
  • Manage incidents, accidents, infringements, and MOT outcomes, ensuring investigations, reporting, and cost recovery are completed correctly

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
