Transport Manager – Leeds

Igloo Thermo Logistics | Full-time | Leeds

Are you a natural leader who thrives on running a busy transport operation and getting the best out of a large driver team? We're looking for a Transport Manager to take the reins at our Leeds depot and lead it from the front, every day.

About Igloo Thermo Logistics

For over 20 years, Igloo has kept temperature-controlled freight moving across the UK. From our five operational sites in Leeds, Luton (x2), Taunton and Scotland, we run a fleet of more than 125 temperature-controlled vehicles, from Sprinters through to artics, delivering a national multi-temperature network.

Every week our 200+ colleagues complete over 4,000 collections and deliveries nationwide. We're proud of that, and we're proud of the people who make it happen.

The role

Based at our Leeds depot, you'll lead a team of 50+ drivers and 5+ office staff, taking full ownership of the daily operation, compliance and people performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be the person the team looks to, the one who plans ahead, spots the problems before they land and isn't afraid to jump in a vehicle and deliver to customers when the day demands it.

You'll bring a proven track record in accident reduction, delivery compliance and recruitment, and you'll use it to keep raising the bar.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
