Location: Gotham, Nottinghamshire (with UK travel)
Business: Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions

At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we're looking for a Transport Network Manager to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team, leading the strategy and performance of one of the UK's largest outsourced transport operations.

This is a highly influential leadership opportunity where you'll shape the future of our national distribution network, ensuring it is safe, resilient, commercially effective and capable of supporting the changing needs of our customers and business.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external transport partners, you'll lead the delivery of an £80m transport operation whilst driving continuous improvement, innovation and sustainability across our network.

This role requires regular travel to our Gotham Distribution Centre and other UK locations as required.

  • A strategic leader who can influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement across a national network.
  • Excellent knowledge of transport compliance, health & safety legislation and a genuine commitment to creating a Zero Harm culture.
  • Someone who is comfortable using operational and financial data to make informed decisions, optimise network performance and deliver exceptional customer service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
